CESNW assisted SRG Partnership with the preliminary evaluation and project scoping of the existing library/administration building for a proposed bond measure. The bond measure was successful and construction was completed in summer of 2008.
CESNW prepared the land use application for Architectural Review. CESNW was also responsible for topographic and boundary surveying; preparation of FEMA flood elevation certifications; and civil engineering for design of the grading and erosion control, storm water management and treatment including a new outfall to Hedges Creek, design of a dry public storm line for future extension, design for sanitary sewer, domestic water and fire line services for the site, and permitting for CORPS/DSL and Clean Water Services.
