Pittock Reserve is a 32-lot subdivision in the West Hills of Portland. The site is steep, wooded and located entirely within Portland’s Environmental Conservation and Protection zones. Significant portions of the property are impacted with landslide hazards and contain natural drainways, springs and wetlands.
CESNW modified the approved PUD to accomodate the landslide areas, environmental zones and improve the overall lot layout from the original approval. Environmental review for the individual home construction was incorporated in the land use modification to expite the future home construction process.
